The Brazil Coffee Company offers you flexible espresso service options and uses only the finest coffees available.
From formal to casual, indoors or out, The Brazil Coffee Company espresso provides the best espresso catering experience in West Central Indiana. We offer a comprehensive menu of espresso and tea beverages and a catering plan to meet the needs of your event.
As it is our goal to provide the best experience in espresso catering, we purchase locally roasted coffees that have been ordered specifically for your event. We also provide experienced and friendly baristas to serve your guests. Please contact us for a quote for your next event.

General Information
- The espresso machine requires a dedicated 110 volt, 20 amp circuit with an outlet located within 15 feet of the serving area.
- Access to the serving area at least 4 hours before the beginning of the event.
- A deposit is required for each event. Upon cancellation, the deposit will be 100 percent refundable more than 30 days before the event and 50 percent refundable from 0 to 29 days before the event. There will be no return of deposit if cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice. The deposited amount will be credited towards the total cost.
- Payment in full is expected upon completion of the event, unless prior arrangements, in writing, have been made.
- Preparation of some specialty drinks may produce a fair amount of noise. Please consider this when selecting a location for this service.
